- Expertise in [North Indian / South Indian / Mughlai / Tandoor / Fusion, etc.]
- Ability to create delicious, well-presented dishes with consistency
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management
- Team player with leadership qualities (for senior roles)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality Indian dishes with attention to taste and presentation
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
