We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Inbound Demand-gen Marketer to drive high-intent pipeline through organic and paid channels. This role blends performance mindset with content and distribution intuition, perfect for someone who thrives on shipping work fast, measuring what matters, and doubling down on what works.
Roles and responsibilities:
Own pipeline goals from inbound-led sources, working across both paid and organic initiatives.
Plan and execute weekly deliverables across key demand-gen levers - prioritizing speed, quality, and downstream impact.
Refresh and optimize web pages, landing journeys, and discoverability signals to improve traffic and conversion.
Roll out structural SEO/AEO improvements: think schema, freshness, interlinking, page experience.
Track top-of-funnel and pipeline KPIs, ensuring clean attribution and shareable insights.
Coordinate across content, design, and dev to ship campaigns and experiments quickly.
Research and unlock underutilized discovery surfaces where our ICP hangs out and build systems to capture them.
Build repeatable motion for outreach, mentions, and visibility across trusted third-party sources.
This role would be a great fit for you, if:
You have 2-5 years of inbound or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
You’re biased toward action and move work forward without hand-holding or long strategy cycles.
You’re familiar with how pipeline gets generated across search, content, and paid but you obsess more about execution than theories.
You can balance short-term experiments with long-term SEO/AEO projects - and track performance across both.
You’re organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing 5 to 6 workstreams in parallel.
You write clearly and crisply, and you can adapt tone depending on the audience - whether it’s a CTA or an outreach email.
You bring curiosity and pride to your work, and you like being in control of the levers that drive revenue.
