Job Opening – Import CHA Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import CHA Executive to join our team. The role requires someone who is willing to learn, take responsibility, and ensure smooth handling of import shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure import checklists are prepared on time and accurately.
- Respond to emails and customs queries promptly and effectively.
- Escalate issues without delay to avoid operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely requisition of payments.
- Accurately classify cargo under the correct HSN Code / HTS by analyzing product, catalogue, and country of origin.
- Handle FTA/PCOO documentation (ISFTA, CEPA, etc.).
- Apply knowledge of various schemes (Advance Licence, EPCG, MOOWR, MNRE, etc.).
- Understand and update on anti-dumping duties and other customs regulations.
- Proactively calculate and inform CFS ground rent and container detention based on delivery place to keep clients and internal operations aware.
- Provide daily shipment updates to clients with clear communication.
- Experience in CFS movements (Panel, Non-Panel, DPD, etc.).
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and compliance.
- Show willingness to learn product knowledge and industry updates continuously.

- Experience in CHA Imports / Customs Documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Keen to learn and grow within the organization.
