Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General).
- Prepare customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs.
- Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide regular feedback, guidance, and strategies to help students improve performance.
- Conduct practice tests, evaluate results, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends, question patterns, and scoring guidelines.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target scores.
- Support in developing curriculum, study material, and practice exercises.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (English / Education / Linguistics preferred).
- Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer / English Language Trainer.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student groups.
- Patient, approachable, and result-oriented.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of IELTS / English training experience (preferred).
