What You’ll Be Doing:
- Understand students' needs and recommend the right IELTS course for them
- Explain course features, benefits, and guide students through the enrollment process
- Answer student queries with clarity and confidence
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with friendly and helpful service
- Meet monthly and weekly enrollment goals through consistent performance
- Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless student experience
- Build trust and rapport with potential learners
Who Can Apply:
- Fresh graduates (any stream) or final-year students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn about IELTS and student journeys abroad
- Energetic, customer-first attitude
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
What We’re Looking For:
- Good spoken English
- Confidence in talking to students and explaining the course
- Commitment to achieving targets
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service is a plus (but not mandatory)
Role Details:
- Part-time, Remote
- Timings: 4 hours/day, 6 days a week
- Slot options: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Interact with interested students through online demo sessions
- Help students enroll and start their IELTS preparation journey
