Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Hydra & Laser Trainer to train beauticians, aestheticians, and skincare professionals on the safe and effective use of HydraFacial machines, laser hair reduction devices, and other advanced aesthetic equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, practical hands-on expertise, and a passion for educating others.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training on HydraFacial, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic machines.

Ensure proper technique, hygiene standards, and safety protocols are taught and followed.

Create and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and assessments for new joiners and refresher programs.
*
Stay updated with latest advancements in aesthetic treatments, tools, and technologies.
*
Conduct on-site and in-house training sessions as per operational needs across branches or partner locations.

Collaborate with the operations and quality team to assess service quality and provide performance feedback to therapists.

Support in pre-sales consultations and demo sessions when required.

Maintain training logs, feedback reports, and certification records.
Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HydraFacial and laser therapy treatments.
*
Certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or laser technology (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred).

Sound knowledge of skin types, contraindications, treatment protocols, and client consultation techniques.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for on-ground training if required.
