Job Description:
We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, particularly within large commercial, residential, or industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Work on chillers, FCUs, AHUs, split units, and package units.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all HVAC activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and facility teams for service updates.
