Job Title: Senior HVAC Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior HVAC Designer with over 3 years of experience in designing HVAC systems for commercial, or interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC load calculations, ducting layouts, equipment selection, and coordination with other MEP services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC layouts and schematics as per project specifications.
- Conduct heat load calculations using software like HAP or Carrier E20.
- Prepare and review ducting and piping drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Select appropriate HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VRF, chillers, etc.) based on load requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and local codes.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical and plumbing teams for service integration.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.
- Review vendor/subcontractor drawings and submissions.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Conduct site visits for work inspection and coordination as required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,789.01 per month
