About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot CRM Implementation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HubSpot CRM with hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integration, and optimization. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes, ensure CRM adoption, and enhance overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM according to business needs.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and pipelines for different departments.
- Manage CRM integrations with third-party applications.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing CRM support.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend solutions for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, automation, and data management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in US Shift timings preferred.
