Job Description – HRT / Mother Teacher (Female)
Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad Branch
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Home Room Teacher (HRT) / Mother Teacher, taking overall responsibility for students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Teach multiple subjects as per the primary grade curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Develop lesson plans and creative activities to enhance student learning.
- Assess and track students’ progress through assignments, projects, and tests.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Encourage discipline, good manners, and values in students.
- Coordinate with other teachers and participate actively in school activities, events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure holistic development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in schools).
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners with patience and care.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
