We are currently seeking an experiencedHRBP Performance Strategist - Founder's Office to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving recruitment for key positions, managing the full employee life cycle, defining and implementing performance management processes, and supporting a vibrant, high-growth company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across departments, collaborate closely with the company founders to fulfill key talent needs
- Employee Life‑Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage
- Performance Management: Collaborate closely with the founders to build and operationalize a performance review framework with clear KPIs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and growth plans
- HR Policy & Compliance: Define and implement core HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
- HR Operations & Systems: Maintain HR systems and dashboards, deliver data-driven insights on headcount, attrition, and other key people metrics
- Advisory Role: Be a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related decisions, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
- Culture Building: Actively shape and reinforce a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture through employee engagement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 Years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent post-graduate qualification in the field of Human Resources from a recognized institution is required
- Strong hands-on experience with recruitment and performance management
- Sound understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A mature, assertive, and approachable individual who can work independently and with senior leaders
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach
- High ownership mindset with a drive for execution and problem-solving
- Must be based out of Coimbatore or willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
