Job Description
Department: Human Resource
- Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all team members
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a vibrant and inclusive company culture
- Collaborate with managers to facilitate effective performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback sessions
- Streamline and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, creating a welcoming and informative introduction to Techolution
- Contribute to the optimization of HR operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes
- Craft clear and compelling internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company initiatives and updates
- Demonstrate strong ownership by taking initiative on assigned projects and seeing them through to completion
