- Ensure overall discipline and maintain a secure and safe environment for girl residents.
- Monitor daily activities, attendance, and movements of the residents.
- Handle grievances and issues raised by hostel occupants in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain records such as attendance registers, complaint registers, visitor logs, and room allocations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the hostel premises.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations and take appropriate actions for violations.
- Ensure timely maintenance of hostel infrastructure and report any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures, including allocation of rooms and inventory checks.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Liaise with hospital HR/admin department regarding resident issues, new admissions, or emergency cases.
- Address health or emergency issues by coordinating with the hospital’s medical team.
- Encourage a positive and supportive living environment.
