The Quality Control Executive is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the implementation of quality standards and procedures across all departments in the hospital. The role includes conducting audits, evaluating compliance with NABH/ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of hospital quality standards as per NABH, ISO, or other relevant accreditation bodies.
- Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and surveillance checks of clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality Indicators (QIs), and suggest corrective actions.
- Identify gaps in quality processes and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to hospital quality metrics.
- Coordinate and support departmental audits and quality improvement programs.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and accreditations.
- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for hospital staff on quality standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain records and reports related to quality activities and ensure timely submission to the management.
- Handle incident reporting, patient feedback, and grievance redressal processes.
