Skills We are Looking For:
- Excellent command over English Grammar for Junior Grades - Articles, Vowels, Consonants, Basic Tenses, etc.
- Ability to simplify and deliver understanding on Middle Grade Grammar - Complex Tenses, Conjunctions, Interjections, Prepositions, Active & Passive Voices, Subject - Verb Agreement, etc.
- Ability inculcate extensive vocabulary and writing methods or practices for Letters (Formal & Informal), Notice Writing, Message Writing, Article/Essay/Paragraph Writing, Descriptive Writing, Persuasive Writing, Narrative Writing, Story Writing, Comprehension, etc.
What will be Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and curriculum-aligned online English classes (individual or group)
- Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments tailored to various boards
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Use tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and digital whiteboards effectively
- Adapt lessons to different learning styles, levels, and board-specific requirements
What Might Convince Us to Choose You:
- Minimum 5 years of total teaching experience
- Minimum 3 years of online tutoring experience
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred; Master’s degree in English or a related field is a strong plus
- Must currently reside in Bengaluru
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with online EdTech platforms is an added advantage
Freshers and non-teaching professionals will not be considered
Technical Requirements that Will Give You an Upper Hand:
- Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone
- Pen tablet or digital writing pad
- Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and digital whiteboards
