Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt follow-up and feedback.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
