Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and examination board requirements.
- Teach Hindi grammar, literature, prose, poetry, and comprehension effectively to the students.
- Encourage students to develop fluency in both spoken and written Hindi.
- Prepare and conduct class assessments, unit tests, and examinations; evaluate and provide constructive feedback.
- Incorporate innovative teaching strategies, including audio-visual tools, role plays, and project-based learning.
- Support students in preparing for board exams and competitions related to Hindi language and literature.
- Maintain classroom discipline, create a positive learning environment, and ensure inclusivity for all learners.
- Keep records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and school management.
- Undertake continuous professional development to enhance subject knowledge and teaching practices.
