We are currently seeking an experienced and inspiring High School English Teacher to join our faculty and lead students toward language mastery and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature to students of Grades 6 to 10.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and board guidelines.
- Focus on developing student skills in grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and speaking.
- Prepare assessments, conduct evaluations, and maintain student performance records.
- Create an inclusive, interactive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Encourage reading habits and support extracurricular activities like debates, elocutions, and essay writing.
- Collaborate with other faculty for academic planning and co-curricular programs.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of high school teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent command over English language and communication.
- Passion for education and the ability to motivate young learners.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
