Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
- Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Log and track issues using helpdesk software or ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams
- Maintain records of daily interactions and technical issues
- Assist in setting up new systems, passwords, and access rights
- Follow company procedures and ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare simple reports on recurring problems or service requests
