We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Health Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with diagnostic centres, doctors, clinics, and pathology labs to drive business growth and referral networks.
Location- Lucknow
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential diagnostic centres, doctors, and pathology labs for business tie-ups.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners to promote diagnostic services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
- Create awareness about company services through marketing activities and presentations.
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
- Maintain records of visits, meetings, and conversion status using CRM tools or Excel.
- Participate in health camps, seminars, and promotional events organized by the company.
- Ensure follow-up with partners for continued business and address service-related issues if any.
- Collect market intelligence and feedback to assist in developing marketing strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or diagnostics-related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build lasting professional relationships in the healthcare industry.
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
