This role is ideal for someone who can not only deliver outstanding client services but also train and mentor junior staff to maintain our premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hair Stylist:
- Perform professional hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, hair treatments, keratin, and nanoplastia.
- Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend styles/treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products.
- Promote salon services and retail products.
As a Trainer:
- Conduct training sessions for junior stylists and assistants on hair techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Ensure all staff follow salon protocols, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Evaluate and guide team members to improve technical and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Hair Trainer in a salon or academy.
- Expertise in advanced hair treatments, especially keratin, nanoplastia, and color techniques.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
