Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hair Technician with hands-on experience in advanced hair replacement techniques including Hair Bonding, Hair Clipping, Hair Tightening, Hair Patch Cutting, and Taping. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client care, have a strong aesthetic sense, and be committed to delivering high-quality, non-surgical hair restoration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Hair Bonding procedures using skin-friendly adhesives for semi-permanent hair patch attachment.
- Conduct Hair Clipping and blending services to ensure natural appearance post-attachment.
- Carry out Hair Tightening techniques for existing hair systems, ensuring comfort and durability.
- Styling new hair patches based on individual client needs and facial structure.
- Apply taping techniques with precision to ensure secure and seamless patch attachment.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, patches, and work areas.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of hair systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in hair replacement systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth client experience from consultation to service.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Hair Bonding, Clipping, Tightening, Taping, and Patch Cutting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to handle clients with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.
- Certification or diploma in hair cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with various types of hair systems (natural and synthetic).
- Client consultation and customization experience.
