- Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure personalized service.

- Prior experience in hospitality or front office roles.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Presentable personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language is an advantage.
