About the Role
MO’s Café is seeking a warm, sharp and organized Guest Relations Executive to lead our front-of-house with grace. You'll be the first smile guests see and the calm presence that keeps things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and coordinate table flow
- Take and input food & beverage orders using POS system
- Handle menu updates and communicate changes to the team
- Oversee display counters and front-of-house inventory
- Maintain ambience and overall cleanliness of guest areas
- Support in events, chef’s tables, and special experiences
- Manage guest feedback with empathy and quick resolution
Requirements
- 1–3 years hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills (English essential)
- Comfortable with POS, basic tech tools
- Naturally warm, efficient and detail-oriented
- Interest in wellness, food, and conscious hospitality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
