About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced GSOC Shift Supervisor to lead our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in security monitoring, incident management, and crisis response, ensuring seamless operations during their assigned shift.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of GSOC analysts, driving performance excellence, and ensuring adherence to established processes and response protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise GSOC operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth handovers.
Oversee real-time monitoring of security systems, alerts, and incidents.
Lead incident detection, triage, escalation, and resolution activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies during crisis situations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, escalation matrix, and reporting protocols.
Conduct shift briefings, prepare daily reports, and maintain incident logs.
Mentor and guide GSOC analysts to build a high-performance team.
Contribute to the development of crisis response and business continuity strategies.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum Graduate with strong communication skills.
✅ 2–3 years of experience in GSOC operations at a senior/lead level.
✅ Proven expertise in security monitoring, incident management, and crisis response.
✅ Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
✅ Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
