We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting them with the right solutions. The position focuses on building meaningful client relationships and contributing to business growth in a collaborative, non-target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries received through websites and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation for client discussions.
- Maintain an organized record of client communications and ongoing projects.
- Contribute ideas to improve client experience and support business growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry practices and share insights with the team.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in client coordination, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in client success and growth.

Pay: ₹16,086.00 - ₹25,977.57 per month
