You'll play a crucial role in creating engaging visual content that captures our audience's attention across various digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual assets for social media campaigns, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create impactful visuals for blog posts, presentations, and websites.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent with our brand's identity and tone.
- Work on UI/UX elements, web layouts, and other digital interfaces as needed.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, adhering to deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work required in case of freshers.
- Good knowledge of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for different digital platforms.
