Job description
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience.
Skills we look for:
- Software fluency - Adobe Suite
- An in-depth understanding of social media creative design
- A stronghold in illustrations, character design (vector), manipulations, concept-based
designs, typography, understanding of space, color palettes
- Design and layout for various visual content formats such as newsletters/emailers,
case studies, ebooks, magazines, reports, and more
- An understanding of motion graphics would be great, too!
- Ability to work cohesively in a team
- A keen eye for design & detail
- Stay abreast on the latest design trends, what works, and what does not
- Well-rounded communication skills
- Open to feedback and review; adaptive to change
- Ensures accountability across deliverables
What you will be required to do:
- Developing and executing interactive design concepts across different formats such as
social media creatives, GIFs, videos, collateral design, brand communication and
more
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while weighing the importance of specific
jobs and prioritizing accordingly
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and maintaining the design standards
while having a futuristic approach
- Enforce consistency of brand standards and work internally with cross-functional
teams to stay up to date with changes; have a strong familiarity with the look, feel
voice and overall brand presence.
- Create quality design work while sticking to the deadlines
- Demonstrate a passion for solving problems and participating in creative
conceptualization and brainstorming sessions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
