We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Profile
Key Responsibilities:
* Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality content.
* Add transitions, effects, music, and motion graphics to enhance video appeal.
* Maintain brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all projects.
* Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
* Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing team.
* Ensure fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
Requirements:
* 0–3 years of experience in video editing and design.
* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
* Basic understanding of color correction and motion graphics.
* Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Must have their own computer and stable internet connection.
How You Will Be Hired
Initial Screening Call
After reviewing applications, shortlisted candidates will receive a telephonic interview to assess communication skills and experience.
Creative Task Assignment
Candidates who pass the call will be given a practical test, which includes:
1. One video editing task
2. One motion poster design
3. One graphic post creation
Final Evaluation
If the candidate successfully completes the creative tasks to our expectations, we will proceed with the final selection and onboarding process.
