Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and edit high-quality videos for property listings, client testimonials, walk-throughs, reels, and digital campaigns.
- Design eye-catching graphics, brochures, social media creatives, property catalogues, and banners.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize visual campaigns.
- Handle Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and promotional edits with fast turnaround.
- Enhance raw footage with transitions, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and effects.
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and design/video styles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic designing (Real estate portfolio preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator ).
- Strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing trends and content formats.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
