Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern/Fresher with a strong foundational understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and development teams to produce engaging designs for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visuals for social media, websites, digital ads, and promotional materials.
- Design eye-catching layouts, banners, and infographics based on brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Convert ideas into visuals with accuracy, clarity, and a consistent visual tone.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback.
- Ensure final graphics meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Learn and adapt to various design trends and tools used in the IT industry.
Required Skills:
- 0 – 2 year of design experience (fresher or internship experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Basic understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Good creativity and design sense with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, CorelDraw, or Canva.
- Understanding of branding, logo design, and UI assets.
- Basic video editing or animation knowledge (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Exposure to working with developers or in IT company projects.
