Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, brochures, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Create infographics, course banners, illustrations, and promotional content aligned with the brand guidelines.
- Work with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Design digital assets for ads, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with trainers and management to design student-focused educational graphics (posters, workshop templates, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (basic video editing is a plus).
- Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
- Ability to design content optimized for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for education, technology, and student-focused design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an EdTech, startup, or education-related brand.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
