Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms (e.g., social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements).
Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, including logos, stationery, and packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs.
Edit and retouch images, prepare artwork for production, and ensure final deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of print and promotional materials.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creative range.
Solid understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to take feedback and translate ideas into effective visual content.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
