We are looking for a multi-skilled creative professional who can design, shoot, and edit world-class visuals that bring our properties to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create brochures, flyers, social media creatives, hoardings, and brand assets for real estate projects.
- 3D Visualization: Design realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Photography: Capture high-quality images of project sites, model apartments, and events.
- Videography: Shoot and edit property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and reels for marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and project themes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan content strategies for property launches and promotions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design, photography, and video trends in the real estate sector.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva.
- 3D Tools: Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar real estate rendering tools.
- Photography & Videography: Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones (optional but preferred), lighting, and composition.
- Strong video editing & motion graphics skills.
- Understanding of real estate marketing styles and buyer psychology through visuals.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years experience in design, photography, and videography — preferably in real estate or architecture.
- A strong portfolio that includes property renders, marketing creatives, and visual storytelling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
