Graphic Designer – Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 20 K to 25 K

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and digital advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in [industry, e.g., digital marketing, advertising, etc.].
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital media, and print materials.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of print production processes.
