Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, brochures, banners, logos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative assets that align with brand identity.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and layouts to enhance visual appeal.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards to keep content fresh and modern.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with video editors, copywriters, and web developers for integrated campaigns.
- Prepare final designs for publishing (digital & print-ready formats).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
