*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and execute creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and landing pages.
2. Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging that align with brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive visual communication.
4. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign and Illustrator, to produce high-quality designs.
5. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all projects.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
3. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator; proficiency in Photoshop is also required.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
6. A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print mediums.
