About the Role:
ACCUMN, a Yubi company, is looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and branding teams to deliver impactful assets across digital, print, web, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing visual concepts – Brainstorming and creating unique designs for both digital and print media that align with the client’s or company’s brand identity.

Project management – Planning, executing, and managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Collaboration – Working closely with marketing teams, copywriters, web developers, and other stakeholders to integrate design seamlessly into broader campaigns and initiatives.

Client and stakeholder communication – Presenting design proposals, incorporating feedback, and refining concepts while maintaining clear communication with clients or internal teams.

Keeping up with industry trends – Staying current with design software updates, new creative tools, and evolving design trends to ensure work remains fresh and effective.
- Quality control and revisions – Reviewing work before finalizing to ensure high quality, correct usage of fonts, colors, and design elements, and being open to several rounds of revisions based on feedback.
Requirements
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Preliminary skills in motion design, including 3D and 2D graphic designing
Basic knowledge of UI and UX design principles
Ability to create visually appealing designs for various mediums (digital, print, web, social media, etc.)
Experience in branding, typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams
Strong attention to detail and creativity
