We are looking for a Google Ads (AdWords) who is results-driven and passionate about data, analytics, and growth. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive user acquisition and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analytics to ensure campaigns are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps for growth.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversion rates and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
- Experience in budget management and ROI tracking.
- Proficiency in conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and lead funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with an excellent attention to detail.
