Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, monitoring, and refining Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and achieve strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
* Understand client goals, target audience, and business objectives
* Create effective PPC strategies tailored to individual client needs
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
2. Campaign Setup & Management
* Set up Google Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns
* Structure ad groups, select relevant keywords, and write compelling ad copies
* Manage bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience targeting
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
* Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.)
* Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting
* Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce costs
4. Conversion Tracking & Analytics
* Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, or native integrations
* Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
* Provide recommendations based on data insights
5. Reporting & Client Communication
* Deliver clear, concise performance reports (weekly or monthly)
* Provide strategic insights and explain optimizations to clients
* Recommend budget scaling or adjustments based on results
6. Staying Up to Date
* Keep current with Google Ads policy updates, trends, and beta features
* Continuously test and implement new features to enhance performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2–4 years)
* Google Ads Certification preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
