We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with proven experience in GoHighLevel CRM, A2P SMS compliance setup, and automation workflows. Your main role will be to set up and manage our client intake, follow-up, and marketing automation system while ensuring full SMS compliance with carrier requirements.
If you love building systems, managing CRMs, and already have hands-on experience with A2P 10DLC registration and approval, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
A2P 10DLC Compliance Setup (Required):
Register our company for SMS compliance using business name, EIN, and website.
Submit compliant SMS campaign use-cases.
Troubleshoot and resolve carrier rejections.
Ensure all SMS templates meet compliance rules (no banned keywords like “credit repair”).
GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation:
Build funnels (landing pages, booking calendars, forms, thank-you pages).
Create automated workflows (SMS/email follow-ups, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, client onboarding).
Integrate GoHighLevel with Client Dispute Manager (CDM) using Zapier or webhooks.
Marketing Support:
Build and manage SMS/email campaigns for leads, inactive clients, and past clients.
Assist with website compliance (Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, Contact).
Help integrate Facebook/Instagram lead capture with GHL funnels.
Reporting:
Track lead flow, appointment bookings, and client conversions.
Qualifications
Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
Direct experience setting up A2P SMS compliance (business registration, campaign approval, troubleshooting).
Knowledge of SMS/email automation best practices.
Familiar with Zapier or similar automation tools.
Website building experience (WordPress, Wix, or GHL builder).
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
Familiarity with Canva or graphic design tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5.00 - ₹8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
