Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive GM - Admin Operations to oversee and enhance the efficiency of the organization’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across departments, manage resources effectively, and implement policies to optimize organizational performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Administration Management:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative efficiency and align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of administrative functions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Operations Oversight:
- Oversee facilities management, including office space, maintenance, and security.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise IT, HR, and other administrative departments to ensure coordination and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage administrative teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and address employee concerns promptly.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Resource and Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial discipline.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks related to administrative operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports on administrative performance, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolutions.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in administrative operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing diverse teams and complex operations in a dynamic environment.
