Responsibilities:
Design comprehensive architectures for GenAI applications utilizing Azure OpenAI LLM.
Integrate RAG systems to enhance AI applications with contextually relevant data retrieval capabilities.
Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the development and deployment of GenAI solutions on Azure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, client technical and business teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to define technical requirements and business goals.
Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
10+ years experience with 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong focus on solution architecture.
Should have hands-on experience in deploying at least one end to end GenAI project.
Proven experience with Azure OpenAI LLMs and its application in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Expertise in Azure cloud services and architecture.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI development tools and libraries.
Knowledge of AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
