- Supervise daily garment production activities on the floor
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimal workforce utilization
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved efficiently
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control teams
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Implement production plans as per line layout and style requirements
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the production floor
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers when required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
