Explain how to play remote-control games—show customers how to operate and guide them through gameplay.

Operational Support & Game Maintenance

Continuously monitor game stations to ensure they are running smoothly.

Perform light maintenance and basic troubleshooting: reset games, clear jams, replace batteries or controllers, clean surfaces.

Report or log any technical issues beyond minor fixes to the maintenance team or supervisor.

Conduct regular inspection routines (“game tap”) to check functionality and readiness.

Continuously monitor game stations to ensure they are running smoothly.

Customer Service & Communication

Answer customer questions clearly and courteously; assist with gameplay experience.

Provide outstanding customer service—enabling a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

Process game credits or tokens help with card or point system queries.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma,ITI, Any graduation

Strong verbal communication ability, enthusiastic and customer-focused.

Comfortable explaining game mechanics and instructing various age groups.

Basic technical aptitude—confident in resetting or troubleshooting controllers and simple hardware issues.

Reliable, responsive, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or an arcade/gaming environment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.
