- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Explain game rules and procedures clearly to players.
- Monitor gameplay to ensure fairness and safety.
- Distribute game materials or tokens and manage prize inventory.
- Report technical issues or malfunctions to maintenance staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game area.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally promote ongoing events, games, or special offers.
