Job Description
Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Functional Testing
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive end-to-end manual and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Collaborate across SDLC phases with cross-functional teams for seamless QA alignment.

Execute API and SQL database testing for backend validation and data accuracy.
-
Leverage Microsoft Azure knowledge for cloud-based feature verification.
- Mentor junior QA members and promote continuous improvement in QA processes.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
-
5 + years of experience in software functional testing, with a proven track record of success in a senior role.

In-depth understanding of SDLC methodologies and a strong grasp of QA processes.

Expertise in manual and exploratory testing techniques.
-
Familiarity with API testing tools like POSTMAN and web services concepts.
-
Proficiency in SQL for database testing and manipulation.
-
Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform is a strong plus.

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior QA team members.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

B. E. / B. Tech. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or MCA
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing functional testing, Postman and Azure
