Job Responsibilities
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth experience for all. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with inquiries about travel packages, bookings, and other services.
- Respond promptly to client queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage and maintain the front desk, ensuring it is organized, clean, and professional.
- Maintain accurate records of daily client inquiries, feedback, and bookings.
- Coordinate with other departments (such as operations or sales) to fulfill client needs.
- Update and maintain client records in the travel agency’s booking and CRM systems.
- Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the front office is well-stocked.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and other office events.
- Manage and schedule calls or appointments for staff when needed.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and common travel booking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Additional Qualities
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for travel and knowledge of various travel destinations is a plus.
Salary as per industry norm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
