Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments for therapy sessions
- Maintain patient records, intake forms, and daily registers
- Coordinate with therapists and administrative staff for smooth operations
- Handle billing and payment tracking (basic accounting preferred)
- Ensure cleanliness and order at the reception area
- Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines strictly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Any stream)
- Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role (Healthcare preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
