Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, presentable, and guest-focused Front Office Executive to join our team at a reputed Hi-Tech Hotel in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel front office operations and a working knowledge of hotel management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Operate hotel management software for billing, guest history, and reports
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of room availability, bookings, and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for smooth guest experience
- Ensure lobby cleanliness, guest safety, and front desk decorum
- Manage guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of front office experience in the hotel industry
- Familiarity with hotel software like IDS, Opera, or equivalent PMS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during peak hours
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
